HaPpY HaPpY, FRIDAY, FRIENDS!
It's Friday, the 13th! Does that scare anyone?? I'm not really that superstitious.
After the STAAR testing for the kids this week at school, we are EXCITED for the weekend! We have baseball, soccer, birthday parties, sleepovers, play dates, and a whole lot of FUN planned!
I have a random assortment for this week!
First, in case you missed it, let's recap the week!
On Tuesday, I shared a Day in the Life . It was a just a normal day around here but don't you just love to read those type of posts? They are my favorite! I love to see how others spend their day! Or maybe I'm just nosey! Ha!
Now to my FAVORITES for the week!
The neighborhood where our rent house is located has BUNNIES! These sweet little guys greet us every morning. Our front yard will have 5 or 6 bunnies when we leave for school! I was working in my office one morning this week and looked out the window to see this cutie eating his breakfast. The boys LOVE it!
Speaking of boys, Cutter is always cracking me up!
He walked into my office after school and said "Mom, we don't have practice tonight!" and then did this...
It leaves my face feeling so smooth and clean and fresh!
Go get ya some! You'll thank me!
Another FAVORITE - Flowers delivered to my office!!
Aren't they GORGEOUS?!!! I wish you guys could smell them! I brought them home and put them on my kitchen table. They smell SO GOOD!
Some super sweet clients of mine sent them to me. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me. What a sweet surprise that made my week!!
Is anyone else like me and it's the little things that make you happy?
This next FAVORITE is little but makes me SMILE!
My new bath loofah! How cute is that stripe handle?! (Is handle the right word? Hanger? What do you call that?)
Seriously, it's the little things... 😍
Mark and I snuck away for a date night on Tuesday to take advantage of no baseball games and $5 movie tickets!
I Can Only Imagine is absolutely a FAVORITE this week! And will be a FAVORITE for a long time!
The movie is about Bart Millard from Mercy Me and how he came to write the song I Can Only Imagine. It is a very touching story. I had tears just streaming down my face more than once!
The song has been on repeat all week. I just CANNOT get enough of it.
A sweet friend of mine lost her Mom in March of last year and throughout the movie I kept picturing her Mom dancing with Jesus. She was such an inspiration to me and her love for Jesus absolutely SHINED through her smile. I miss her. Many of us do. I can only imagine what joy she must be experiencing with Jesus.
If you haven't seen it, GO! You will LOVE it!
See you back here Monday!
Linking up with HIGH FIVE FOR FRIDAY GIRLS too!
